However, if you encounter an issue with your order, the following terms and conditions will apply to ensure a mutually agreed resolution. We aim to make sure you rarely need to use this policy.
Order Cancellation
Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours due to the designer nature of our products. If a customer wishes to cancel after this period, 25% of the total order amount will be deducted as a processing fee.
Return Process
Contact Before Returning: Do not return any item without contacting us first. Please use the “Request for Return” page on our website or email us at (email) to initiate a return. Items returned without prior communication will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
Return Conditions: Once authorized, items must be returned within 7 working days, in their original packaging and condition. We do not accept returns of worn, washed, used, or altered products. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items to India. We will not refund the original shipping charges or any customs duties or taxes paid at the time of receiving the goods.
Refunds: In cases where a return is accepted, we will issue a refund of 75% of the product’s cost (25% will be charged as an order processing fee). Refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods. No refunds will be given for custom-made items unless there is a fault from our end.
Safe Delivery
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that returned items are delivered safely to us. Use a reliable courier service, forward the tracking details to us, and retain the airway bill until delivery is confirmed. We cannot assist with lost or damaged items during return transit.
Damaged Packages: When receiving a parcel, if the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with, verify the contents against the invoice before accepting it. If there is a discrepancy, either refuse delivery or accept it with a note on the proof of delivery. File a complaint with the local courier office, so we can pursue the issue.
Genuine Faults and Defects
Inspection and Resolution: We will inspect returned items to understand what went wrong and take immediate corrective actions. If a genuine fault is identified, we will offer a full refund or replace the product without additional charges.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available for reasons such as delays caused by situations beyond our control. Approximate shipping times are provided, but these are not guaranteed. If there is a delay due to an item being out of stock or other reasons, we will notify you by email. Orders may be delivered in separate parts, and partial refunds may be offered for unfulfilled parts of the order.
